Oats with 1/2 scoop whey & pb

protein shake with 1 scoop CC

protein bar

1/2 cup egg whites with 1/2 tbspn coconut oil

(5 oz) Chicken with mustard

protein muffin & rice cake with WF syrup

(6 oz) Chicken with, veggies, 1/4 cup rice, 1 tbspn BBQ sauce and 1 tbspn olive oil

Carbs: 113.5
Fats: 50
