**DAY 4 OF PREP**

Gives us this, our daily noms...

Protein bar

Oats with 1 tbspn pb and 1/2 scoop protein

Egg white/turkey bacon sandwich & coffee

(7.5 oz) Shrimp with cucumbers/onions and yogurt dressing

Yogurt & a protein bar

Protein shake (post workout)

(6.5 oz) Shrimp with (4.5 oz) coconut rice & 1/2 tbspn olive oil


Protein: 201.5
Carbs: 133.5
Fats: 49

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...


Upper body (1 hour)

Dem Feelz

Focused on chest and back. The last exercise was definitely not easy. Nor were the last few reps of any one I did (which is good!)
