Protein bar

Oats with 1 tbspn pb and 1/2 scoop protein

Egg white/turkey bacon sandwich & iced green tea

Spinach salad with peppers, (5 oz) chicken and yogurt dressing

Yogurt

 (7 oz) Chicken with rice, veggies & 1 tbspn olive oil

Protein shake & tbspn of nuts n' more pb

Protein: 200
Carbs: 130.5
Fats: 50.5

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...

Dem Feelz

Quad/hammies focused workout. Felt alright. Had a stressful weekend and woke up really sad. But I tried not to let that affect my workout.
