**DAY 15 OF PREP**

Gives us this, our daily noms...

1/2 cup egg whites & protein bar

Egg white/turkey bacon sandwich & coffee

(6 oz) Chicken with peppers, cucumbers and yogurt dressing

Oats with 1/2 scoop protein and pb

1/2 cup of blueberries

Protein shake (post workout) & 1 rice cake with NnM pb

(6.5 oz) Chicken with Spanish rice and 1 tbspn olive oil

Fats: 50.5
