Oats with 1/2 scoop whey & 1 tbspn pb

1/2 cup egg whites with (4 oz) chicken & protein bar

Rice cake with 1 tbspn pb & (2.5 oz chicken)

soy latte

(6.5 oz) Shrimp with 3 tbpsns guac & green beans with 1/2 tbspn olive oil and rice
