3/4 cup egg whites & protein bar

Oats with 1/2 scoop whey & pb

1 cup raspberries

(6 oz) Chicken with a sweet potato and BBQ sauce

1/2 cup egg whites

Protein shake (post workout) & 2 rice cakes with 1 tbspn NnM pb and 1/2 tbspn coconut oil

(5 oz) Chicken with 1/2 cup rice, veggies and 1 tbspn olive oil

Protein: 188.5
Carbs: 138
Fats: 48.5
