Gives us this, our daily noms...

Protein bar & 1/2 cup egg whites

Oats with 1/2 scoop whey and pb

coffee

(5 oz) Chicken with peppers, onions, potatoes, salsa and guac

1 cup strawberries, 1/2 tbspn coconut oil & 1/2 cup egg whites

Protein shake with 1 scoop CC & 1 rice cake with WF syrup

(6.5 oz) Chicken with veggies, BBQ sauce and 1 tbspn olive oil

Protein: 183
Carbs: 113.5
Fats: 49

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...


Ab work (35 mins) & stair master (200 calories)
