**DAY 31 OF PREP**

Gives us this, our daily noms...

1/2 cup egg whites with tuna

Oats with 1/2 scoop whey & pb

(5 oz) Chicken with sweet potato, spinach and BBQ dressing

1/2 cup egg whites with 1/2 tbspn coconut oil

 1 cup strawberries & quest bar

Protein shake with 1 scoop CC & rice cake with WF syrup

(6 oz) Chicken with veggies, BBQ sauce and 1 tbspn olive oil


Protein: 184
Carbs: 113
Fats: 54

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...


Abs (40 mins) & stair master (200 calories)

Felt pretty good. Used ankle weights for abs which was new.
