Protein bar & 1/2 cup egg whites

Oats with 1/2 scoop whey and pb

Coffee & egg white/turkey bacon sandwich

(5 oz) Chicken with spinach salad and yogurt dressing

rice cake with 1 tbspn NnM pb

Protein shake with 1/2 scoop CC (post workout)

(5 oz) Chicken with (5 oz) WW pasta, 1 tbspn olive oil & 2 tbspns parm

Protein: 187
Carbs: 135
Fats: 53

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...
