Egg white/turkey bacon sandwich & coffee

(6 oz) Chicken with cucumbers, peppers and yogurt dressing

Protein shake (post workout) & English muffin with 1/2 tbspn maple syrup

(6.5 oz) Chicken with zoodles, 1 tbspn olive oil & parm and garlic

rice cake with WF syrup
