Protein bar

Oats with 1 tbspn pb and 1/2 scoop protein

Egg white/turkey bacon sandwich & coffee

(6 oz) chicken, cucumbers/onions and yogurt dressing

Yogurt & half a protein bar

Protein shake (post workout)

(7.5oz) shrimp with 1 cup rice and 1 tbspn olive oil

Protein: 201.5
Carbs: 133.5
Fats: 51

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...


Cardio (stair master and elliptical) 350 caloriess burned
Ab work (30 mins)

Def tired during cardio but hit my calorie goal for the session!
Not a long ab session but a good one
