Protein bar & 1/2 cup egg whites

Oats with 1/2 scoop whey and pb

Coffee

(5 oz) Chicken with guac, salsa and potatoes

1/2 cup egg whites

1.5 cup strawberries with 1/2 tbspn coconut oil

Protein shake with 1 scoop CC &  1 tbspn NnM pb

(6 oz) Chicken with zoodles, 1 tbspn olive oil and garlic

Protein: 184
Carbs: 112
Fats: 52

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...


Upper body (1 hour) & stair master (100 calories)

Shoulders and biceps today. Did a little cardio after. Felt less weak today! :)
