sweet potato & 3/4 cup egg whites
Protein shake with 1 scoop CC (post workout) & rice cake with 1 tbspn NnM pb
(6.5 oz) Chicken with zoodles, garlic, 2 tbspn parm and 1 tbspn olive oil
