**DAY 18 OF PREP**

Gives us this, our daily noms...

1/2 cup egg whites & protein bar

Oats with 1/2 scoop whey & pb

coffee & 1 cup raspberries

(4 oz) Chicken with 1/2 cup rice, BBQ sauce and veggies

sweet potato & 3/4 cup egg whites

Protein shake with 1 scoop CC (post workout) & rice cake with 1 tbspn NnM pb

(6.5 oz) Chicken with zoodles, garlic, 2 tbspn parm and 1 tbspn olive oil

Protein: 181.5
Carbs: 138
Fats: 51.5
