(6 oz) Chicken with spinach salad and yogurt dressing
1 cup strawberries & 3/4 cup egg whites
Protein shake with 1/2 scoop cytocarb (post workout) & 2 rice cakes with 2 tbspn NnM pb
(6.5 oz) Chicken with veggies & a sweet potato with 2 tbspn BBQ sauce & 1 tbspn olive oil
