Protein bar

Oats with 1 tbspn pb and 1/2 scoop protein

Egg white/turkey bacon sandwich & coffee

(6 oz) chicken, asparagus and yogurt dressing

Yogurt & rice cake with coconut oil

Protein shake (post workout)

(6 oz) chicken with, olive oil, garlic & zoodles


Protein: 195
Carbs: 96 (miscounted and realized it a day later!)
Fats: 53.5

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...


Upper body (1 hour)

Focused on biceps, triceps and shoulders. My arms were shaking at the end. Loved it!
