(5 oz) Chicken with sweet potatoes, peppers and BBQ sauce

1/2 cup egg whites with 1/2 tbspn coconut oil

1 cup grapes

Protein shake with 1 scoop CC & 1/2 quest bar

CHEAT MEAL: PIZZA!!!
