1/2 cup egg whites with tuna

Rice cake with 1 tbspn coconut oil & powdered pb

(5 oz) Chicken with mustard & 2 cups strawberries

1/2 tbspn pb & 1 egg

(6 oz) Chicken with veggies, 1 tbpsn olive oil & BBQ sauce
