Oats with 1/2 scoop whey and pb

(5 oz) Chicken with peppers, spinach, salsa and guac

3/4 cup egg whites with tuna

1 cup strawberries

Protein shake with 1 scoop CC

Rice cake with 1/2 tbspn coconut oil and powdered pb

1/2 Quest bar

(6.5 oz) Chicken with veggies and mustard

Protein: 184
Carbs: 91
Fats: 48

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...


Leg day (30 mins) & treadmill/stair master (200 calories)
