(5 oz) Chicken with spinach, sweet potato and BBQ dressing

rice cake with pb & 3/4 cup egg whites with tuna

protein shake with 2 scoop CC

(6 oz) Chicken with veggies, BBQ & 1 tbspn olive oil

Fats: 50.5
