Gives us this, our daily noms...

Protein bar

Oats with 1/2 scoop whey and pb

(5 oz) Chicken with spinach, peppers and olive oil dressing

3/4 cup egg whites & tuna

1 cup strawberries

Protein shake with 1 scoop CC & 1/2 a Quest bar

Rice cake with powdered pb

(6 oz) Chicken with veggies, 1/2 tbspn olive oil and 1 tbspn BBQ

Protein: 181
Carbs: 89.5
Fats: 54

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...


Upper body (1 hour) & elliptical (150 calories)

Back/chest day. Can't wait to be over this cold! Upped my cardio a tad this week and will do another adjustment next week. SO CLOSE!
