Oats with egg whites n pb & strawberries

Chicken with zucchini, sweet potatoes and peanut sauce

Protein bar & a banana

Chicken, sweet potatoes, asparagus and peanut sauce

Apple with pb

Started off with lotsa squats. Working on my strength in those. Felt good and tried not to rush.
