Ice cream with rice pudding, 1 tbspn nutella, 3 hershey kisses & coconut oil

Dem Feelz
Didn't feel as strong today. Could've been because I was up an hour earlier. But still a good workout. Always trying to get squat rack time in now.
The 2nd sesh was def tiring. Squatting twice in one day is OWIE!
