Chicken, SPs, zucchini and peanut sauce/olive oil

English muffin with coconut oil & an apple

Protein bar (post workout)

Chicken and peppers with guac & peanut sauce

Rice pudding cup w/1 tbspn nutella & coconut oil

Dem Feelz
Mixed some failure drop sets with normal exercise sets. Feel stronger leg wise but not really upper body wise lately.
Good 2nd sesh by myself
