Protein shake with almond milk n oats

Oats with egg whites n pb & strawberries

Soy latte and a small vanilla scone

Chicken, SPs, zucchini and peanut sauce/olive oil

English muffin with nutella

Protein shake & banana (post workout)

Chicken (thigh), veggies & peanut sauce

1 glass of white wine (didn't add #s to macros but had enough fats/carbs left)

Carbs: 217
Fats: 71
