Oats with egg whites n pb & strawberries

Chicken with a little Asian style brown rice/ SPs, zucchini and peanut sauce

Protein bar & soy latte

protein shake (post 2nd workout)

Salmon, potatoes, cauliflower and peanut sauce

apple with pb & Arctic Zero
