Protein shake with almond milk n oats

Some almonds (post workout)

CHEAT MEAL: Pancakes with butter & syrup

Chicken, sweet potatoes & peppers with some peanut sauce

Protein bar

Chicken, sweet potatoes, zucchini and peanut sauce

Starbucks and an apple with pb



All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...

Upper body (45 mins)
2nd workout with Colleen (arms and some booty for about 30 mins)

Another early  morning sesh (this time with Casey). So tired..haven't slept well lately. Hoping the carbicide I just committed will help with energy/spirits.

Been measuring out my chicken and sweet potatoes and making sure i don't overdue it with sauce
