Monday 4/25

Gives us this, our daily noms...

Protein shake with almond milk n oats

Oats with egg whites n pb

Some almonds (pre 2nd workout)

Chicken, zucchini and some red potatoes with a lil dressing

Protein bar

Chicken, sweet potatoes and asparagus

Apple with pb



All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...

Leg day (45 mins)
Lunch time boot camp (30 mins)
2nd leg day (45 mins)


Dem Feelz

My lower body is a little tender. Didn't have my usual Ben & Jerry's pint last night. Proud! Really need to prep lunches from now on.
Exhausted by the end of the day and started using the food scale at dinner!
