Gives us this, our daily noms...

Protein shake with almond milk (pre-workout)

Oatmeal with 3 egg whites and pb
Some grapes

Chicken with zucchini, sweet potatoes and a lil dressing

Protein bar

CHEAT MEAL (pizza, wings & froyo)

All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...

Upper body (30 mins) & Ab work (10 mins)
Upper body (30 mins) & stair master (20 mins)


Dem Feelz

Did shoulders/back then some abs. The protein shake pre-workout does wonders! Love it!
