Protein shake with almond milk n oats

Oats with egg whites and pb & some blackberries

Chicken, zucchini and sweet potatoes with peanut sauce

Protein bar

CHEAT MEAL: pizza, 2 beers & froyo



All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...

Ab work and shoulders (45 mins)
Treadmill 10x tabata sprints & 15 mins stair master

Dem Feelz

Felt pretty good (finally got some sleep!) Trying to work on being more relaxed with fitness and food (and being able to swap set foods for diff foods)
