Chicken with roasted veggies and a lil avocado dressing

Protein bar

Chicken, brown rice, snap peas and salsa

2 rice cakes with pb


All aboard the gain train, bro-tato chip...

Upper body (45 mins)
Lower body (45 mins)


Dem Feelz

Bought steel cut oats, egg whites and peanut butter for the office for breakfasts. Started my pre-workout protein shakes this morning. Buying a scale this weekend. In it to win it. Don't believe me, just...observe.

Felt really strong and good during my 2nd workout!
